Stretch Velvet Velour

A plain black polyester velvet with a beautiful drape and movement and slight stretch. It doesn’t have the shine that crushed velvet does, which means it gives a sense of luxury. Velvet and velour is very fashionable this year, especially when used in wrap/ cross-over dresses for the party season.
This velour has elastane incorporated into its weave which makes the material is more flexible and stretchy for comfort and movement. Sew it with a stretch needle and a slight zigzag to allow stretch and it will be the comfiest party dress you’ve ever worn!
145cm Wide.

Made from 97% Polyester and 3% Elastane. The backing of this fabric is black polyester knit.

Machine wash at 40 degrees.
We recommend you use a stretch needle to sew this fabric and also a stretch stitch (slight zig zag).
