Organza fabric is a sheer material with an elegant floaty drape. This metallic version has been made using metallic threads in a plain weave, meaning the warp and weft yarns are woven into a basic crisscross formation, which gives Organza its mesh-like qualities. This means that organza can be used in soft bows and other draping. It keeps it shape better than other sheer fabrics such as chiffon, but is not stiff. Organza is known for being ‘floaty’ and can be used to create very romantic garments. Especially puff sleeves and overlays on skirts.
The metallic threads in this organza give it a lovely sparkle as it catches the light.

If you need to buy a larger quantity than listed, use these lengths as building blocks to create your required amount. For example: If you need 4.5m, add 1 x half metre, 1 x metre and 1 x 3 metres to your basket.
