Tubular/ circular stretch cuffing fabric (sometimes called rib).

Perfect for creating cuffs and waistbands on stretch jersey knit sweatshirts and leggings.

This fabric is used to make cuffs and bottoms of hoodies and tracksuits. It is lightly ribbed.
