A great quality, extra wide, medium weight denim. This denim fabric is perfect for various dressmaking projects that require a medium-weight woven fabric with a sturdy drape. This includes skirts, trousers, dungarees, shorts and jackets, fitted dresses and also aprons.
We recommend pre-washing this fabric before sewing to ensure that there is no colour bleeding or shrinkage in the first wash. Denim is 1005 cotton and is notorious for a small amount of shrinkage and colour bleed where it has been over-dyed.
