Description
A luxurious muted purple polyester crepe fabric with a gorgeous silky drape.
This fabric has a gentle matte texture to it’s surface and the cloth has lots of movement making it elegant on any figure.
Due to this fabric being made from polyester and woven so finely it does not crease easily. It is a lightweight weight fabric that has a knit weave and a light stretch in both directions for added comfort.
Perfect for making lots of different garments but is particularly suited to dresses with circle skirts/ gathered skirts, floaty tops, and wide legged trousers and bodysuits.
For this fabric we would recommend a fine stretch needle such as Schmetz Ball Point Fine 70/10. We would also recommend a thread with a slight stretch such as Gutermann Maraflex. If you need links to these listings please don’t hesitate to ask.

How do I wash Polyester Crepe?
The manufacturer recommends a 30 degree wash to protect the elastane fibres. Cool tumble-dry or line dry. Iron on a low heat.
