Watercolour Leaves Linen

These fabrics are pure washed linen printed with colourful leaves that look as though they have been painted with watercolours.

Linen is a natural fibre made from the flax plant. It is particularly favoured for its breathability and its ability to take moisture from the skin which makes it the perfect fabric to be worn in the summer months when the weather is hot. Linen naturally creases, which is part of its charm and as a fabric that has been used for hundreds of years- it has a rustic feel about it.

These linens have been printed with delicate multicoloured leaves and branches that look like they have been painted with soft watercolours.

These fabrics would make beautiful dresses, tunics, tops and also children’s clothes, but can also be used for embroidery, napkins historical costumes, cushions, curtains and light upholstery.
