A black velvet velour fabric which is perfect for making your own Party dresses, fitted bootleg leggings and more.
Velour fabric is incredibly soft . A knit weave polyester fabric, it’s similar to velvet or velveteen in appearance but stretches from selvedge to selvedge making it great for comfortable clothes. This would look particularly nice as dresses or skirts for winter parties. It’s drape and stretch give it great figure-hugging abilities.
