Description
A soft, lightweight, tulle (net) fabric that has a metallic rainbow (multicoloured) foil printed on the surface in the shape of stars or spiderwebs.
This tulle has a lovely soft drape and has been made specifically with Halloween costumes in mind. Its a brilliant choice for making witches capes, and halloween dress/ skirt overkays as well as bride of Frankenstein veils.
It would make a fantastic addition to the skirts of skating dresses and costumes. It’s perfect for a colourful garment that needs some ‘swish’. It can also be used as an overlay to add interest to another fabric.
