Double gauze is a soft, lightweight and slightly airy fabric with a lovely wrinkled texture. It’s made from two thin and loosely woven layers of cotton (muslin type) that are basted together every ⅜” or so.
Perfect for summer dressmaking for dresses or tops that are extremely comfortable. Perfect for loungewear, pyjamas, or baby muslins and light blankets.
