A lovely plain coloured cotton dressmaking fabric with a subtle crepe/ diamond texture on the surface.

This sunny and bright fabric called ‘morocco cotton’ would be perfect for the warm summer months, a lovely light to medium weight that doesn’t require lining and pure cotton so gentle, comfortable and wicks sweat from the skin too. It would make such pretty dresses, tops and trousers.

How do I wash Cotton Crepe?

The manufacturer recommends a 40 degree wash and a normal tumble-dry or line dry. Iron on a cotton setting. We recommend you pre-wash this fabric before sewing to minimise any shrinkage due to it being a natural fibre.
