The Schmetz Jeans Needle (also known as a Denim needle) has an Schmetz exclusive advanced point design. The medium ball point and special blade design allows the needle to penetrate through solid, thick fabrics more easily without damaging the material and reducing needle breakage. Perfect for thick fabrics and seams, this needle can even handling multiple layers of fabric with ease.
These needles suit all modern machines including Bernina, Bernette, Brother, Elna, Husqvarna, Janome, New Home, Pfaff, Simplicity, Singer, Toyota, Viking etc.
These needles all have a FLAT SIDE at the top half for perfect fit in your machine.
Each needle is colour coded with bands to show the needle type and size alongside the embossed information on the top of the needle – an example of this is shown in out image gallery.
