Stockinette

An extremely stretchy circular material which is loosely woven to stretch over upholstery foam to create a less high-grip surface to allow cushion covers to slide over with ease. Simply stretch the stockinette over your foam and tie/ stitch the ends closed. This material will make it so much easier to remove and replace covers on your foam furniture pads if you want to wash them or change them.
This fabric is circular, with a circumference of 100cm at it’s ‘resting state’ but it stretches incredibly far due to it’s loose weave.
Great for upholstery projects where foam is being used.
