Returns Policy
We hope you love what you buy on our website. However, if needed, we do accept returns.
All returns must be approved by us before you post them, so please contact us with details of the item and the reason for the return either by telephone on 01621 815576, or by email via our Contact Form.
You must return all unwanted items within 30 days of receiving them. You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return all items unless confirmed by us. In the case that we need to pay the postage, we will provide clear instructions on postage options.
Refunds for the items will be processed ONLY once we receive the item back. All items must be sent back to us in the same condition that you received them. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ return if we deem the item to no longer be in a saleable condition i.e if it has been cut, laundered or changed in any way.
We would advise that proof of postage is always obtained from the Post Office upon posting items back to us, and we will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post by Royal mail.
